(1) The Report presented by the Commission to the Far Eastern Ports to the Colonial Office of which an advance copy was sent to His Excellency the Governor at his request from Singapore and was transmitted later through official channels.

A confidential report marked "For the use of the Colonial Office only" and in the confidential report has been included nearly all the information in their our possession.
What we should like, of course, is to know what action has already been taken by the Hong Kong Authorities on the recommenda- tions in the Report.
